Essential Skills:
- Technical knowledge of automotive parts and components.
- Strong communication skills at all levels.
- IT proficiency, including Word and Excel.
- Technical report writing.
- Experience with inspection measuring equipment.
- Engineering or motor vehicle qualifications.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Background in quality inspection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance product designs, including creating process FMEAs.
- Conduct visual and physical inspections of samples and stock.
- Prepare detailed product inspection reports.
- Approve or reject factory results based on evaluations.
- Manage and use on-site measuring equipment.
- Provide technical support to other departments and customers.
- Assist the Warranty department with failure diagnosis.
