Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead purchasing, logistics, and supply chain teams to achieve business goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
- Align purchasing decisions with business priorities in collaboration with senior leadership.
Supplier Management:
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and favorable terms.
- Negotiate contracts and evaluate suppliers to uphold high standards.
Supply Chain & Logistics:
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations.
- Manage inventory to balance stock levels and working capital.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries with logistics partners.
Operational Efficiency:
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor performance metrics to identify and address inefficiencies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Higher education in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related fields.
- Proven senior experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics.
- Strong leadership with a track record of team development.
- Expertise in supplier negotiation and relationship management.
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices and procurement systems.
