- Our Drive Shafts are 100% inspected with “go / no go” spline gauges to ensure that the critical tolerance of our shaft splines is accurate. Hardness testing of all components is also undertaken in-house to ensure longevity.
- The range has been engineered to perfection and tested endlessly on bespoke real-life simulation machines in BGA’s UK headquarters to match and exceed that of OE equivalent.

- Depending on application, our Drive Shafts are fitted with a torsional vibration dampener in order to avoid excessive vibrations.
- All Transmission parts are tested to 1 million cycles for longevity and a 2000hr salt spray test (OE only tests for 720hr) to ensure resistance.
